YoursHR, on behalf of U Travel Group, we are looking to employ a Travel Consultant to join their head office in Nicosia, Cyprus. 

U Travel Group is a leading provider of corporate travel, migration, relocation, and concierge services, with over 17 years of experience. U Travel Group delivers personalised, efficient, and discreet travel solutions to international clients through their expert team and global network. 
 
About the role 

As a Travel Consultant at U Travel Group, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality travel services for corporate clients.  

While experience in the travel industry is preferred, we also encourage applications from motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills and grow professionally within the Group. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, book, and manage corporate travel using GDS platforms and airline NDC systems 
• Handle ticket exchanges, cancellations, re-bookings, and schedule changes efficiently 
• Communicate with clients to address requests and resolve issues, maintaining high service standards 
• Keep accurate records of reservations, tickets, and documentation 
   

Required Skills  

• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus) 
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Skills 

• 1-3 experience in corporate travel or travel consulting 
• Knowledge of GDS systems and airline NDC platforms 
• Experience with international and complex itineraries
