Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator

Victoria Royal Investment (Cyprus)

Victoria Royal Investment is a growing developer and investment company based in Cyprus, currently seeking a professional, highly organized, and proactive Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clients and investors (online and offline)
  • Client support and follow-up, including handling inquiries and maintaining ongoing communication
  • Managing, organizing, and structuring documentation (contracts, invoices, client files)
  • Maintaining internal databases and company files (Excel, CRM systems if applicable)
  • Coordination and organization of daily office operations
  • Preparation of presentations, documents, and commercial materials (Word, PDF)
  • Coordination with internal departments including management, legal team, sales team, and architects
  • Organizing meetings, calls, and Zoom sessions
  • Assisting with preparation for international exhibitions and events

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (experience in development, investments, legal, or related fields will be considered an advantage)
  • Fluent English — mandatory
  • Greek language — will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Stress resilience
  • Driving license required
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability when required, including events and exhibitions

  • Experience with client follow-up and maintaining long-term communication
  • Ability not only to manage documentation, but also to structure and systematize processes
  • Proactive mindset, responsibility, and strong work ethic
