Napa City Apartments is looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Reservations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental apartments in Ayia Napa.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth guest stays
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance issues, and check-ins/outs
Handle reservations on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and direct bookings
Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally
Monitor calendars, availability, and booking requests
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience
Assist with supplies, stock checks, and property readiness
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals
Strong communication skills (English required)
Organized, responsible, and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with Booking.com/Airbnb interfaces
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
