ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

The 5* Venus Beach Hotel in Pafos is seeking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part of the restaurant’s management team
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Train his/her team with consistent mission regarding restaurant’s goals to achieve desired results
• Ensuring guest satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good management and organizational skills
• Αbility to work under pressure
