Required Experience

The ideal candidate for the position of Operational Manager must have a minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an Operational Manager, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

1. Operational Management

• Ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of all hotel departments.
• Monitors service quality and operational standards.
• Identifies and resolves operational issues promptly.
• Maintains effective communication between departments.

2. Team Leadership

• Provides leadership, guidance, and support to department managers and employees.
• Encourages teamwork and a positive working environment.
• Assists with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Promotes accountability and high professional standards.

3. Guest Satisfaction

• Monitors guest feedback and takes appropriate action when necessary.
• Handles complex guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Works continuously to improve the overall guest experience.
• Ensures that service standards are consistently maintained.

4. Financial & Cost Control

• Supports the General Manager in controlling operational expenses.
• Monitors departmental budgets and identifies opportunities for cost improvement.
• Ensures efficient use of hotel resources without negatively affecting service quality.
• Contributes to improving profitability and operational performance.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensures compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Supports the implementation of health and safety standards.
• Monitors operational risks and takes corrective action when required.

• Ensures departments follow relevant legal and company requirements.
