The Role

This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that goes beyond traditional administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating internal functions, and representing the company externally when required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and coordinate incoming communications, acting as a first point of contact

·        Oversee the company’s call handling function, ensuring professional and efficient communication at all times

·        Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal workflows across departments

·        Support accounting and finance functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and document control

·        Liaise with banks, suppliers, and external partners, representing the company in a professional and confident manner

·        Assist with payment processes and administrative financial tasks

·        Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of documentation

·        Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency

·        Provide general administrative support to management and assist in day-to-day business activities.

What We Are Looking For: A proactive and energetic individual with a “can-do” attitude.

·        Previous education and/or experience in an administrative, accounts support, or similar office-based role, is preferred

·        Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·        Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)

·        Confidence in communication and ability to represent the company externally

·        Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence

·        High level of attention to detail and accuracy

·        Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·        Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·        Basic understanding of accounting processes is an advantage

·        Valid driving license
