About Coastalbliss
Coastalbliss is a growing, German family-run company based in Paphos, Cyprus. We specialise in upscale short-term villa rentals and are proud to hold a guest rating of 9.8 across platforms. Our villas are designed to deliver a premium experience and smooth, well-coordinated operations are what makes that possible. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of our villa portfolio and lead our on-the-ground team.
Role Overview
You keep everything running. Reporting directly to management, you oversee the full operational cycle of our villas, from pre-arrival readiness and maintenance coordination to contractor management and quality control. You are equally comfortable in the field and at a desk, you lead by example, solve problems fast, and take pride in keeping our properties in flawless condition for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
-Villa Readiness & Quality
- Oversee pre-arrival inspections to ensure all villas meet Coastalbliss standards before every check-in.
- Supervise cleaning, staging, and turnover processes to maintain consistent quality across the portfolio.
- Conduct periodic property audits and flag maintenance or presentation issues proactively.
-Maintenance & Contractors
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks, repairs, and contractor works across all properties.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure all technical issues — electrical, plumbing, appliances, pool, garden — are resolved promptly and to standard.
-Team Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance and housekeeping teams, setting daily priorities and ensuring accountability.
- Work closely with the Guest Services team to address and resolve any guest-impacting issues on-site.
- Liaise with management on staffing needs, scheduling, and operational improvements.
-Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions, maintenance history, and contractor performance.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment across properties and the company warehouse.
- Identify recurring operational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, property management, or a similar field-based role.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams under tight deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of property maintenance (electrical basics, plumbing, pool care) is a strong advantage.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you stay calm and find solutions under pressure.
- Natural leader who communicates clearly and follows through reliably.
- Good English is required; Greek and/or German are a plus.
- Comfortable with digital tools; experience with property management or task management systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and EU work permit for Cyprus.
