About Us

Centiqus is a fully approved and regulated specialised drone services company operating across Cyprus. Our services include agricultural applications, industrial cleaning, monitoring, inspections, and technical maintenance. We are building a team of dedicated professionals and investing in the next generation of drone pilots.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined individual to join Centiqus as a Pilot Trainee. This is a ground-up development opportunity — you will receive structured training, mentoring from our qualified team, and a clear pathway to obtaining your official STS drone pilot certification. No prior drone certification is required, but a serious attitude toward safety and operations is essential.

What You Will Do

•       Undergo structured on-the-job training alongside our qualified drone pilot

•       Shadow and support flight operations across agricultural, cleaning, inspection, and monitoring projects

•       Learn mission planning, safety protocols, pre-flight checks, and equipment handling

•       Assist in equipment preparation, maintenance logging, and post-mission documentation

•       Travel to client sites across Cyprus as part of the operational team

•       Work toward obtaining your STS (Standard Scenario) drone pilot certification

•       Develop an understanding of EASA regulations, operational compliance, and Centiqus procedures

What We Are Looking For

•       Serious, dependable, and trustworthy character — this is a non-negotiable

•       Genuine interest in drone technology and aviation

•       Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

•       Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures

•       Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

•       Valid driving licence and willingness to travel island-wide

•       Good organisational skills and reliable communication

•       Prior exposure to aviation, military, or technical fields is an advantage but not required
