Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol, part of the Muskita Hotels Group, is one of Cyprus’ most renowned 5-star luxury beach hotels. We are currently seeking to recruit a Pool Maintenance Technician for the 5* Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol.

JOB PURPOSE

The Pool Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and proper operation of the Hotel’s swimming pools and related equipment, ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene and guest satisfaction at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         To monitor and maintain the cleanliness and chemical balance of swimming pools and water facilities.

·         To carry out routine inspections and maintenance of pool equipment, pumps, filters and systems.

·         To perform water testing and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

·         To identify and report technical issues or repair needs related to pool operations.

·         To assist with general maintenance duties when required.

·         To ensure that all tools, machinery and work areas are kept clean and organized.

·         To follow all Health & Safety regulations and Hotel standards at all times.

·         To respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·         Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar technical position will be considered an advantage.

·         Knowledge of pool systems, pumps, filters and water treatment procedures.

·         Basic knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance works.

·         Ability to work independently and responsibly.

·         Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

·         Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

·         Good knowledge of Greek and/or English.
