Ergo Overseas, is a member of Ergo Home Group. Established for over 25 years, with an impressive portfolio of projects and an international client base, we predominantly work on high end residential and hospitality projects, providing FF&E design and procurement services across the globe. 

Blending creative thinking and commercial drive, our company employs a range of talented Interior & FF&E Designers, Project Managers, and Architects, to deliver the highest standards of expertise, perfect finishes and impeccable customer service.   

We are currently looking for experienced, detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer to join our team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing of supply chain operations, purchase of materials

• Ensuring the planning & procurement activities of direct & indirect materials

• Meets production requirements of manufacturing planning by timely and cost-effective procurement

• Negotiate & manage contract with suppliers 

• Commercial and technical evaluation of suppliers

• Review existing vendor relationships and identify potential sources of savings

• Preparation/submission of Tenders

• Getting approvals on POs from the concerned within specified time limit

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Design / Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics will be considered an advantage 

• Engineering background (mainly Building Services and interior fit out)

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Excel / PowerPoint) 
• Fluent in Greek and English languages (both written and spoken)
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills a must 
• Integrity, accountability and initiative
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
