Property Lawyer

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Property Law Department and will be responsible to:
- Hold meetings with clients of the Firm and handle cases which relate to property law matters, inter alia including sale and purchase of immovable property in Cyprus, administration of Estates of deceased persons, conveyancing, property law disputes
- Court appearances in all District Courts
- Drafting of sale agreements and lease agreements
- Preparation of Court filings
The Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A Degree in Law
- Be admitted to the Cyprus Bar
- At least 2-3 years previous work experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
- Strong computer literacy and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional discipline and willingness to assume responsibility
- Full and Clean Driving license
