As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking to strengthen our Real Estate Department with the recruitment of a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Lawyer.

Main Responsibilities
Managing and handling a variety of property law matters, including: 
Sale and purchase of immovable property in Cyprus 
Conveyancing procedures 
Meeting and advising clients of the Firm 
Drafting sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation 
Preparing and filing court documents and applications 

Requirements
Law Degree 
Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association 
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in property law 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English 
Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to take initiative and responsibility
