THE OPPORTUNITY

On behalf of Zenox Public Affairs, we are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join their team as a Public Policy Officer on a full-time basis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key member of our Public Policy practice, you will work within the firm’s policies and procedures while contributing to projects that shape regulatory and legislative developments. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and advocate for their interests in the public policy landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analysing regulatory developments and legislative changes that impact businesses.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on navigating evolving policy landscapes.
• Engaging with stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders to advocate for client interests.
• Drafting policy briefs, reports, and recommendations.
• Assisting clients in adapting to new regulations through risk assessment and compliance strategies.
• Supporting public affairs initiatives, including relationship-building with government entities.

ABOUT YOU

You will need the following:

• University degree in Law and/or Political Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in policy analysis, government affairs, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
