Due to business expansion, Panchris Group is seeking individual for immediate employment in the position of Purchasing Officer.
Duties:
Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, products, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with other departments.
Communicate and liaise with transportation and forwarding companies.
Other purchasing / management day to day tasks and responsibilities related to purchases.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Studies or Management or related field.
Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
Very good knowledge of verbal and written English language.
Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Greek language.
