Real Estate Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with prospective property buyers, renters, agents, brokers, and agencies on an ongoing basis
Cultivate and enhance existing business relationships
Arrange and conduct property viewings and tours regularly
Lead the entire sales and rentals process, from winning deals to after-sales and tenancy support
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities
Assess the credibility of leads and intermediaries
Promote real estate assets to intermediaries and ensure digital assets are effectively showcased on their websites and platforms
Coordinate actions for timely physical presentation of properties and projects
Book, organize, participate and present in seminars, conferences, and events globally
Requirements & Skills:
Sales-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities is absolutely essential
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace Business Apps (Word/Excel/Outlook or Docs/Sheets/Gmail) is absolutely essential
Excellent proficiency in English and Greek (written and verbal) is absolutely essential
Knowledge of Russian or another relevant language is advantageous
Previous experience in property or real estate sales or a related sales role is advantageous
Familiarity with office procedures or a fast-paced office environment is advantageous
Experience with CRM, Project Management, or digital marketing software is advantageous
University undergraduate degree is a plus
