Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties, including reservations, check-in/out, concierge services, and billing.
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and friendly guest experience.
- Address guest requests and promote hotel services.
- Collaborate with all departments for high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of front office experience in a 4 or 5 hotel**.
- Fluent in Greek & English (additional languages a plus).
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
