About the Role
 

SMO is hiring a Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in recruitment. No prior experience is required. Experience in HR, and especially recruitment, will be considered an advantage. 
If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about recruitment and business development, this position is for you.

You will receive full training and gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, administration, interview coordination, and business development activities.
 

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards and social platforms
• Support HR administration and interview scheduling
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Support employer branding activities
• Support business development activities, including identifying potential clients and market opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business with HR, or related field (required)
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Team-oriented and adaptable
• Confident when interacting with candidates and clients
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
