AYLA Studio, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Aglantzia, Nicosia, is looking for a qualified and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday–Saturday
• 6 teaching hours per day
• Small-group Reformer Pilates classes (5 Reformers)
• 1-year contract with possibility of renewal

Salary

• €1,300/month – starting salary
• €1,500/month – when an average of 4 out of 5 Reformers are occupied per class
• €1,700/month – when an average of 5 out of 5 Reformers are occupied per class

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science
• Completed Pilates training/seminars, including Reformer Pilates
• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
• Ability to safely and confidently lead small-group Reformer Pilates classes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsible and positive attitude
• Passion for Pilates, wellness and helping clients progress
