Job Description
AYLA Studio, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Aglantzia, Nicosia, is looking for a qualified and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Monday–Saturday
- 6 teaching hours per day
- Small-group Reformer Pilates classes (5 Reformers)
- 1-year contract with possibility of renewal
Salary
- €1,300/month – starting salary
- €1,500/month – when an average of 4 out of 5 Reformers are occupied per class
- €1,700/month – when an average of 5 out of 5 Reformers are occupied per class
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science
- Completed Pilates training/seminars, including Reformer Pilates
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
- Ability to safely and confidently lead small-group Reformer Pilates classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, responsible and positive attitude
- Passion for Pilates, wellness and helping clients progress
