Reporting & Controls Officer

Main duties & responsibilities:
·Lead the preparation, validation and submission of prudential and regulatory reports, including COREP, FINREP, Pillar III, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, MREL, Loan portfolio, IRRBB, CRE/RRE, Recovery plan, Separability and other regulatory returns
·Perform data quality assessments, variance analysis and analytical reviews, investigating reporting exceptions and coordinating remediation activities
·Provide analytical input and reporting support for ICAAP, regulatory stress testing, forecasting activities, Business Plan preparation and other capital and risk management initiatives.
·Monitor and analyse the Bank's capital adequacy, liquidity position, key prudential ratios, credit quality indicators, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and other risk metrics, supporting management information and regulatory reporting requirements.
·Support the Bank's IFRS 9 impairment framework through credit risk analysis, calculations, collateral management, provisioning, and regulatory reporting.
·Prepare management information and ad hoc analytical reports to support senior management's strategic and operational decision-making.
Successful applicants should have:
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within banking or in a financial consultancy role.
· Very good understanding of credit risk concepts
· Academic and/or professional qualifications in a banking-related field.
· Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
· Experience of regulatory reporting
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Fluency in English and Greek
Remuneration:
· An attractive remuneration package is offered, flexibility in working hours, as well as a 4-day week in the Summer.
