We are looking for:
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality
Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to manage a large team
Passionate about customer service
Wine knowledge
Proficiency in English and/or Greek
Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
Lead the restaurant team and ensure smooth operations
Support and guide the team to provide the highest quality products and service according to brand and company standards
Create and foster a culture of trust, ownership, and recognition
Promote team development and career progression
