We are currently looking to fill the position of Restaurant General Manager.

What will you be responsible for?

• Have general control of the restaurant to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies & standards
• Maintain safety and food quality standards
• Provide high-quality products and services in full alignment with the brand standards
• Manage costs to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
• Manage recruitment, training and development needs of the restaurant

What is your Profile?

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• A degree or Diploma will be considered  an advantage
• Leadership skills & Customer service enthusiast
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
• Fluency in Greek and English Language
• Computer knowledge
