Assisting the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and help guide the team achieve their store targets! 

About the role…

• Be the shift lead when the Store Manager is not present.
• Focusing on delivering excellent customer service to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction rate for the store. You will create a customer focus environment.
• Supporting new marketing initiatives for the store to attract new customers.
• Inspiring all team members to follow your leadership and management style for the betterment of the store operation on day-to-day basis.
• Managing the team during the shift in the best possible way to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience both for the customer and the Barista team.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operation.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager .
• Communicates any important information to Store Manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
• Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shifts.

• A great Shift Supervisor with previous Barista experience, who loves to deliver great customer service and lead a team!
