RETAIL SALES PROFESSIONALS (LARNACA & PAPHOS AIRPORTS)

CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, operator of the Cyprus Duty Free Shops and part of the Aer Rianta International (ARI) Group, is recruiting Sales Professionals for its Retail Shops at Larnaca and Paphos International Airports.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a permanent, shift-based position offering comprehensive onboarding and training to support your success, growth and career development within a dynamic airport retail environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome, approach, and engage customers, delivering a professional, attentive, and personalized shopping experience
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and maintain awareness of current promotions and offers
• Maximize sales opportunities through link selling, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques
• Effectively communicate the CTC-ARI value proposition to customers
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
• Ensure products are accurately priced and correctly displayed
• Monitor stock availability and assist with stock replenishment as required
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail environment
• Adhere to customs regulations, company policies, and stock security procedures

Requirements of the Role

• Previous retail sales experience is desirable; but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
• Fluency in both Greek and English. Any other languages will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work on a 24-hour shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
