What You’ll Do:
As our RTO, you’ll sit at the heart of our trading operations, overseeing daily order execution, monitoring best execution outcomes across venues and platforms, and making sure our practices stay aligned with MiFID II and MiFIR. You’ll work closely with Dealing, Compliance, Risk, Operations and IT to keep our execution framework sharp, transparent, and continuously improving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Contribute to the maintenance and review of the firm’s Order Execution Policy and related internal procedures, ensuring that they remain clear, practical and aligned with MiFID II and MiFIR expectations.
• Monitor best execution outcomes across relevant financial instruments, venues, liquidity providers and execution channels, with particular focus on pricing quality, spread competitiveness, latency, speed of execution, likelihood of execution and settlement.
• Assess execution quality using quantitative and qualitative data, identify trends or deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions where execution outcomes fall below expected standards.
• Review incidents related to execution quality, pricing anomalies, rejected orders, slippage concerns, system issues or client complaints, and ensure that findings are documented and escalated where appropriate.
• Support internal and external audit requests, regulatory reviews and compliance testing by maintaining appropriate records, management information and evidence of monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Dealing, Compliance, Risk, Operations and IT to deliver enhancements in execution oversight, reporting controls and operational resilience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dealing, execution oversight, trading operations or order management role within a Cyprus Investment Firm, Forex broker or similar regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to investment firms, including MiFID II, MiFIR and EMIR.
• Good knowledge of best execution obligations and practical monitoring methodologies, including analysis of price, costs, speed, latency, spreads, likelihood of execution and settlement, size and nature of orders.
• Working knowledge of transaction reporting, trade reporting and related governance controls relevant to regulated investment services activities.
• Understanding of market abuse risks and the importance of surveillance, escalation and record-keeping controls within an execution environment.
• Experience reviewing execution quality, provider performance, pricing feeds, order routing logic and exception handling in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Ability to interpret regulatory expectations and translate them into practical operational procedures, controls and management information.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

Technical and Platform Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of OneZero, including execution workflows, connectivity, outing and monitoring concepts within a brokerage environment.
• Practical experience with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, including order lifecycle understanding, execution settings and platform-related operational controls.
• Good working knowledge of cTrader and its relevance to order routing, pricing presentation and execution management.
• Comfort working with execution data, trading platform reports, reconciliations and management information used to monitor execution quality and operational performance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools used for oversight, monitoring and analysis.

Working Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
