Overview
Svelta Courier is a fast-growing last-mile delivery company powered by proprietary logistics technology. We partner with leading retailers and e-commerce businesses to provide reliable, scalable, and tech-driven delivery solutions. We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and manage key client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities with retailers, e-commerce companies, and enterprise clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling commercial discussions and ongoing support
• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
• Monitor client performance, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively address issues
• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting through CRM tools

Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management, or business development (logistics or SaaS is a strong plus)
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, pricing structures, and performance metrics
• Fluency in Greek and English
