Job Duties: 

- Develop and manage a client portfolio within a designated geographic area, following a daily schedule set by the Supervisor.

- Meet or exceed sales and revenue KPIs in line with the company’s commercial strategy.

- Monitor competition and gather market intelligence

- Carry out occasional product deliveries to clients when necessary

- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and company training sessions.

- Present new products and provide product support to customers

- Ensure proper placement of displays and promotional materials

- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the HORECA & RETAIL sector.

- Achieve timely and compliant payment collection in accordance with the company’s credit policy, serving as a key KPI and a determinant for future remuneration.

- A motivated individual with strong drive to achieve results.

 

Education and Skills: 

This job is for you if you have:

-          Minimum 3 years of experience as a field sales alcoholic beverages industry representative.  

-          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on building trust and relationships.

-          Pleasant personality with strong organizational skills, responsibility, and professionalism.  

-           Valid driving license with a clean record

-          Excellent command of the Greek language and good command of English.

-          Ability to manage time and work efficiently
