A company specialising in the import, sale and installation of kitchens, wardrobes and interior doors, due to its continuous growth and expansion, is seeking a Sales Consultant / Salesperson with knowledge of Interior Design or Design to join its showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand each customer's needs, preferences and requirements.
Present products, materials, colours and design solutions.
Develop complete proposals based on the customer's needs and available space.
Design and present proposals for kitchens and wardrobes.
Use design software to create and present proposals.
Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
Follow up with customers in a professional and systematic manner.
Manage the sales process from the initial contact through to the completion of the order.
Collaborate with the design, costing and installation teams.
Achieve the company's sales targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, kitchen, wardrobe or home-interior sector.
Studies or experience in Interior Design, Architecture or Decoration will be considered a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of design software such as 3CAD, AutoCAD or equivalent.
Strong aesthetic sense and good understanding of space and functionality.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical and aesthetically complete design solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and target-oriented mindset.
Excellent organisational skills, consistency and sense of responsibility.
Very good command of Greek and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
