We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. The role combines customer support and sales communication with practical day-to-day responsibilities such as preparing online orders and supporting product restocking. If you enjoy helping people, communicating through social media and digital platforms, and working in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and phone
Provide personalised product guidance based on each customer’s needs
Support customers with product information, availability, promotions, and order-related enquiries
Guide customers confidently through their purchasing journey
Prepare and pack online orders placed through our website
Assist with restocking and replenishing products when needed
Help ensure products and stock are organised and readily available
Follow up with customers regarding their experience and product routine when required
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Record customer feedback and report recurring questions or issues
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and customer communication
Requirements & Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
Strong customer service and sales mindset
Confidence using social media and digital communication platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is required
Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce industry will be considered an advantage
