Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. The role combines customer support and sales communication with practical day-to-day responsibilities such as preparing online orders and supporting product restocking. If you enjoy helping people, communicating through social media and digital platforms, and working in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and phone
- Provide personalised product guidance based on each customer’s needs
- Support customers with product information, availability, promotions, and order-related enquiries
- Guide customers confidently through their purchasing journey
- Prepare and pack online orders placed through our website
- Assist with restocking and replenishing products when needed
- Help ensure products and stock are organised and readily available
- Follow up with customers regarding their experience and product routine when required
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Record customer feedback and report recurring questions or issues
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and customer communication
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Confidence using social media and digital communication platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is required
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce industry will be considered an advantage
