Corporate Sales Executive (B2B) – ParkInTown
Location: Cyprus, Nicosia
Role Overview
As a Corporate Sales Executive at ParkInTown, you will drive the expansion of our smart parking network by acquiring and converting parking facility owners.
This is a full-cycle sales role with strong emphasis on on-site evaluation, consultative selling, and deal structuring (revenue share, or lease based models).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new parking facilities across Cyprus
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visit, proposal, negotiation, closing, after sales support
- Conduct on-site parking assessments (capacity, flow, revenue potential)
- Design tailored commercial models (Revenue Share / Fixed Fee / Hybrid)
- Build relationships with property owners, operators, and decision-makers
- Maintain structured pipeline management and CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with operations for smooth deployment
Profile
- 5+ years in B2B sales (real estate, parking, automotive)
- Strong bunisess network in Cyprus (key advantage)
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Commercial mindset with negotiation strength
- Comfortable with field work and client-facing roles
- Driver’s license required
Compensation Scheme (Critical Part)
- €1,400 – €1,800/month (depending on experience) Gross Salary

Extra bonuses for rapid activation of multiple parking sites, rewarding speed and execution per quorter. - High-Value Deals Bonus:
Significant milestone bonuses linked to total platform traffic generated from your portfolio designed to scale your earnings without cap.
OTE (On-Target Earnings)
- €35,000 – €65,000+ annually (uncapped)
