Sales Representative

ILUX Enterprises ltd is the official representative of a strong brand portfolio of eyewear in Cyprus of prescription frames and sunglasses in the premium and luxury segments interested to hire a Sales Representative.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• As a Sales Representative, you will represent the brands of the company, helping to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing management.
• Will act between the company office and store management teams in order to maximize sales at the Door level for all cooperative.
• The Representative is responsible for driving sales, training and meeting sales for all brands in the company’s Eyewear portfolio.
• As Visual Merchandiser, will Implement and maintain all visual directives and standards for interior merchandising, windows, and in-store special events which follow the worldwide guidelines for the stores.

How you will contribute

• Present and maximize the sell in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
• Work with the customer to maximize sell through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs.
• Adapt/substitute the guidelines respecting the brand DNA to make Visual Merchandising suitable to regional needs
• Implement and maintain visual displays/merchandising to ensure maximize store business
• Ongoing training of store associates on visual merchandising standards
• Provide timely and accurate reporting.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
• Passion & Enthusiasm
