Job Purpose
Join a leading aviation services organization and work for the world’s leading airline.
As part of our GSA (General Sales Agent) operation, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of one of the world’s most recognized airlines. Working exclusively on the Emirates Airline account, you will contribute to revenue growth, trade partner engagement, and high-quality B2B customer support across the Cyprus market.
This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, international environment where attention to detail, responsiveness, and commercial awareness are essential.
What will I be doing?
- Support the commercial team in achieving revenue targets across the Cyprus market
- Act as a key point of contact for travel partners, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Distribute commercial updates, fare rules, and agreements accurately, and maintain strong product knowledge across fares, routes, and services
- Assist in managing group requests, quotations, and follow-ups, coordinating booking, ticketing, and fare-related activities in line with airline procedures
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, data analysis, and CRM updates to support commercial decision-making
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Contribute to client engagement initiatives, including events and partner communication
- Administrative and commercial coordination
What should I have?
- Previous experience in airline, travel agency, or GSA environment
- Good knowledge of reservations, fares, and ticketing
- Understanding of leisure and corporate market
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficiency in standard office systems
