CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly reputable and long-standing Group operating in the Travel & Tourism sector, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Support Agent to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Sales Support Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of one of the world’s most recognized airlines. You will contribute to revenue growth, trade partner engagement, and high-quality customer support across the Cyprus market. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold prior experience in an airline, travel agency, or GSA (General Sales Agent) environment, with knowledge of reservations, fares, and ticketing considered a distinct advantage. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, including a 13th salary, and Provident Fund.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team in achieving revenue targets across the Cyprus market.
• Act as a key point of contact for travel partners, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Distribute commercial updates, fare rules, and agreements accurately, and maintain strong product knowledge across fares, routes, and services.
• Assist in managing group requests, quotations, and follow-ups, coordinating booking, ticketing, and fare-related activities in line with airline procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM updates to support commercial decision-making.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Contribute to client engagement initiatives, including events and partner communication.
• Administrative and commercial coordination.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in airline, travel agency, or GSA environment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of reservations, fares, and ticketing is highly desirable.
• Understanding of leisure and corporate market.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in standard office systems.
• Experience supporting airline sales teams is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
