About Us:

BLOW FRONTROW is part of the BLOW Hair Salon group, one of Cyprus’ leading premium hair and beauty brands. Located inside Trilogy Limassol Seafront, BLOW FRONTROW combines high-end hair services, luxury customer experience, premium retail products and a modern lifestyle concept.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and confident Salon Floor Manager / Coordinator to take responsibility for the daily running of the salon and support the team, clients and management.

This is not a basic receptionist position. We are looking for someone with strong front-of-house, customer service and operational experience, ideally from a salon, hotel, restaurant, hospitality, spa, luxury retail or premium service environment.

The Role:

The Salon Floor Manager / Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of the salon, ensuring that appointments, clients, staff, stock, cleanliness, reporting and service standards are properly coordinated.

The successful candidate will be the main person on the floor, acting as the link between clients, stylists and management. They will report directly to management and help ensure that BLOW FRONTROW operates smoothly, professionally and to the highest standard every day.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily salon floor and ensuring smooth operations
• Opening and closing the salon according to company procedures
• Welcoming clients and ensuring a high-level customer experience
• Answering phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and client enquiries
• Managing bookings, appointment changes, confirmations and rebookings
• Monitoring the daily schedule and proactively managing delays or gaps
• Coordinating staff duties, daily tasks and salon floor responsibilities
• Managing staff rotas, leave days and daily attendance
• Communicating clearly with stylists and ensuring the team follows salon standards
• Supporting management with staff performance observations and daily feedback
• Ensuring the salon remains clean, organised and presentable throughout the day
• Assigning cleaning, preparation and closing duties to team members
• Managing stock levels, product orders, deliveries and supplier communication
• Ensuring retail products are displayed properly and available for sale
• Processing client payments and supporting daily cash-up procedures
• Sending daily updates, reports and operational feedback to management
• Handling client complaints calmly and professionally
• Supporting product sales and promoting salon services
• Helping maintain the premium BLOW FRONTROW client experience at all times

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in front-of-house, hospitality, salon, spa, retail or customer service operations
• Confident managing people, schedules and daily responsibilities
• Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask
• Comfortable giving instructions to staff in a respectful but firm way
• Able to take ownership of the salon floor
• Strong in communication with clients, staff and management
• Comfortable using booking systems, emails, reports and basic computer tools
• Reliable, mature and solution-focused
• Interested in hair, beauty, fashion, retail and premium customer service

Previous experience in a hotel front office, spa reception, salon coordination, luxury retail or hospitality management role will be considered a strong advantage.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience in at least some of the following areas:

• Front desk or reception management
• Customer service in a premium environment
• Staff coordination or team supervision
• Appointment scheduling or booking systems
• Stock control or ordering
• Cash handling and payments
• Daily reporting or basic administration
• Complaint handling
• Hospitality, salon, spa, beauty or retail operations
