About the role

As we scale for another high-demand season, we're looking for a driven, organised, and solutions-first Seasonal Property Manager to join our team on the ground.

 

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that puts you at the heart of our operations,  managing a portfolio of luxury short-term rental properties and a boutique hotel across Paralimni, Protaras, and Ayia Napa. What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a property portfolio across the Famagusta district, ensuring every home is guest-ready and performing at its best
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, turnovers, and guest communications with speed and professionalism
• Conduct regular property inspections and report on maintenance needs, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
• Liaise with cleaning teams, maintenance contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
• Act as the first point of contact for guests and property owners, handling queries and resolving issues with a calm, service-first attitude
• Monitor property listings, availability, and booking platforms in coordination with the central operations team
• Drive between properties across Paralimni, Protaras, and Ayia Napa as required throughout the day

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or a closely related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Greek; additional languages ( Russian, German) are a significant advantage
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Tech-comfortable: confident using booking platforms, messaging tools, and basic reporting apps
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle - daily travel across the district is essential
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak season
