About the Role
2K Property Group is one of Cyprus's fastest-growing property and boutique hotel management companies, delivering premium guest experiences across the island's most sought-after coastal destinations. As we scale operations, we're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organised Secretary / Administrator to become the backbone of our growing team.
This is a dynamic office-based role where no two days look the same. You'll be working at the centre of our operations, supporting management, coordinating communications, and keeping everything running like clockwork. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and brings energy and precision to everything you do, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, customer support, filing, scheduling, and document preparation
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and office visitors, representing 2K professionally at all times
- Support the management team with reports, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and property documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in coordinating between departments: property managers, maintenance teams, and external suppliers
- Help manage and create social media organic and promotional content, (if marketing experience applies)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, presentable, and reliable - someone the whole team can count on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek; additional languages (Russian, Hebrew) are a strong advantage
- Prior experience in a secretarial, administrative, or office management role is an advantage
- A degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage
- Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is a significant plus

Quick Overview
Contract Type -Full-Time
Location - Larnaca
Start Date - Immediate / June
Languages - English + Greek (bonus languages welcome)
Marketing Experience or Degree - Advantageous
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days in-office), with availability expected for calls and messages outside office hours, including weekends
