Core Description

• Design, implement, operate, monitor, maintain and continuously improve security controls and technologies, across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. 

• Ensure that security solutions remain aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Bank security policies while supporting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. 

• Build and integrate automation and AI features in security controls and technologies to support efficient and effective operations. 

• Support security assurance activities, including vulnerability management, security configuration reviews, and control effectiveness validation. 

• Support cyber incident response activities through provision of technical and technology-specific expertise. 

• Drive continuous security improvement and innovation by recommending enhancements to the Bank's security posture, participating in technology transformation initiatives, and promoting security-by-design principles. 

   

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related subject. 
• Master’s degree in the above subjects is an advantage. 

💼 Experience

• Security architecture and engineering, including the design, implementation, integration, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of security controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. 

• Hands-on experience with firewall management, including security policy configuration, rule reviews, VPNs, threat-prevention controls, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting. 

• Implementing secure configuration management and Zero Trust architecture principles. 

• Developing or integrating AI-assisted security operations and automation. 

• Implementing and operating cloud security controls, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments; experience with AWS security controls shall be considered an advantage. 

🖥️ Technologies (required experience)

• Microsoft security technologies (Microsoft Defender for Servers & Endpoints, Exchange. Online Protection and Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps). 
• Networking and communications. 
• Azure Cloud Shell and Azure CLI Scripting. 
• Azure Policies. 
• Infrastructure As Code languages (Ansible and Terraform). 

➕ Certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500). 
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100). 
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). 
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
