At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are looking for Senior Systems Specialist to join our team.

 

As a Senior Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in evaluating, supporting, and evolving the company’s information systems, internal platforms and data environments. You will analyse business needs across departments and contribute to the selection, implementation and optimisation of systems that support the company’s strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes across departments and identify opportunities for system improvement and automation

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Support the implementation and enhancement of business systems (ERP, CRM, BI, data warehouse)

• Act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms

• Support reporting, dashboards, and data availability for business decision-making

• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and testing procedures

• Deliver training and ongoing support to end users

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and digital initiatives

 

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or a related field

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow deadlines and coordinate projects effectively

• Experience or exposure to business systems, databases, reporting tools and/or data warehouse environments

• Understanding of ERP, CRM, BI platforms, system integrations, and data flows

• Basic knowledge of SQL, data models, or reporting tools will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or technology providers is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated on new technologies

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations environments will be considered an advantage
