Site Engineer – Limassol

Crona Construction Ltd, a member of Crona Group, is seeking to recruit a Site Engineer for full-time employment in Limassol.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of construction site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities
• Oversee site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
• Monitor construction quality and compliance with specifications
• Enforce Health & Safety regulations on site
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
• Prepare work schedules and project timelines
• Issue payment certificates
• Prepare monthly progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
