Who we are

WEBOS Solutions is a B2B technology company based in Paphos. We design, build and support web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products and business systems for companies and non-profit organisations in Cyprus and on international projects across Europe and beyond.

Our own products include a hospitality platform for hotels and venues, a CRM for growing businesses and an IoT analytics platform that turns sensor data into live dashboards. Alongside software, we supply hardware, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity, so our developers see how a whole system fits together.

The role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Paphos and build web applications, mobile apps, REST APIs and database-driven systems for our clients and our own SaaS products. You will work on real production systems and own features from design to deployment. You will be part of a team that covers back-end (APIs, databases, integrations), front-end (UI design and implementation) and mobile, and we shape the role around what you do best.

Key responsibilities

This work is shared across the team, so you will take on the parts that fit your skills and experience.

• Develop and maintain web applications, back-end services and front-end interfaces in PHP / Laravel
• Design PostgreSQL and MySQL database schemas and migrations
• Build and document REST APIs, and integrate third-party services (payments such as JCC and Stripe, email, maps, booking and ERP systems)
• Build and maintain iOS and Android apps, and the APIs that power them
• Write clean, testable code and take part in code reviews
• Optimise queries, indexes and application performance
• Turn designs into responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Blade, Sass and JavaScript
• Deploy, monitor and support applications in production
• Estimate tasks, refine requirements and work with the project manager and clients

Requirements

• PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, migrations, queues)
• Strong SQL with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• HTML, CSS / Sass and JavaScript, plus Git
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A plus: Vue.js or React, mobile development (Flutter, React Native or native), Docker and CI/CD, automated testing, AI / LLM integration
