At Kanika Hotels & Resorts, our team delivers exceptional dining experiences through themed restaurants, each offering a unique menu and atmosphere. As a Kitchen Team Leader - Themed, you will be responsible for ensuring your team upholds high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with large-volume cooking equipment and all menu recipes, ensuring professional preparation
• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
• Coordinate and supervise the team, covering for colleagues as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan menus and support the Executive Chef

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Culinary School
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position 
• Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
• Good command of the English language
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
