The company’s primary areas of focus are fund research, portfolio, and risk advice, FinTech and implementation solutions. Albourne’s office in Nicosia opened in 1998 and provides back office and IT services to the regulated companies of the Albourne group; it currently has over 320 dynamic employees and we are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions in 2025.

The role
Albourne’s Communications Team is looking for an Intern to support/assist the Training Team in a range of projects to improve the employee and client experience of using our systems, services and tools.
This role supports the review and classification of training materials, and the curation of concise, engaging content so that it can be delivered either via live or pre-recorded video tutorials, workshops and webinars, or via written user manuals and technical documentation. It also helps us enhance our staff’s – and clients’ – technical and professional skills.
We are looking for someone with strong writing, editing and presenting skills, who is passionate about Learning & Development.
Accountabilities
- Working as part of a team to ensure proactive and engaging content on all tasks given.
- Assisting Training team in updating training sessions on systems functionality designed for new joiners and refreshing our learning resources and migrating them onto SharePoint libraries and our online Learning Platform.
- Curating learning modules for on-going learning of Albourne employees in technical and professional skills
- Supporting the maintenance and expansion of tutorials and FAQs for client education purposes
- Writing and testing prompts aimed at improving Albourne’s 'training chatbot' for an enhanced client experience.
- Providing additional cover and support during the summer leave period.
- Ad hoc participation in a variety of Communications projects as needed.
- Participation in the Communications Team meetings and any training that is required of the group.
What we are looking for
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in progress.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office and M365, SharePoint and MS Teams.
Strong written and editorial skills (English language proficiency is necessary).
Problem solving and proactive self-starter
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Interest in the alternative investments industry.
Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Abide by the Communication Group policies and procedures and the Albourne Group’s policies and procedures.
Compliance with the Compliance Manual and other Albourne Policies and procedures.
- Attendance of Communications Group calls.
Attendance at company events as requested.
