Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Client communication and general correspondence.</li><li>Working with the corporate team, supporting each other.</li><li>Completing forms, drafting of letters, resolutions, legal documents and agreements as well as overseeing closing of transactions.</li><li>Studying and opining on Cyprus laws.</li><li>Keeping up with clients deadlines.</li><li>Preparation and submission&nbsp;of applications&nbsp;to Registrar of Companies.</li></ul>Background and education:<ul><li>Holder of an LLB degree.</li><li>Holder of an LLM degree or barrister or solicitor professional qualification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Member of Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year work experience as a lawyer.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language.</li></ul>Please send your CV to Michael Korelis at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:michael@korelislaw.com">michael@korelislaw.com</a>.
