🏛️ Real Estate Lawyer – Limassol&nbsp; SOL PROPERTIESSOL Properties is seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Real Estate Lawyer&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Advisory Department&nbsp;in&nbsp;Limassol.&nbsp; &nbsp;About the Role: The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling&nbsp;complex real estate transactions&nbsp;and&nbsp;property development projects&nbsp;across Cyprus, advising individual and institutional clients — including developers, financial institutions, and investment funds. Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law</li><li>Member of the Cyprus Bar Association</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in&nbsp;real estate,&nbsp;contract law, or&nbsp;banking &amp; finance law</li><li>Proven experience drafting and negotiating:<ul><li>Sale &amp; Purchase Agreements</li><li>Lease Agreements</li><li>Land Development &amp; Construction Contracts</li><li>Property Management and related agreements</li></ul></li><li>Experience in&nbsp;property due diligence,&nbsp;land registration procedures, and&nbsp;advising on title, planning, and zoning issues</li><li>Excellent command of&nbsp;Greek and English&nbsp;(written and spoken)</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team</li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and review contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions</li><li>Conduct property due diligence for acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets</li><li>Advise clients on land ownership, title registration, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Provide strategic legal advice on real estate investments and project structuring</li><li>Prepare legal opinions and correspondence on property and commercial law matters</li><li>Assist in negotiations and finalisation of real estate transactions</li><li>Conduct legal research and remain up to date on Cyprus real estate law developments</li><li>Liaise with clients, firm associates, government authorities, and other organisations in Cyprus and abroad</li></ul>RemunerationA&nbsp;competitive salary and benefits package&nbsp;will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience. &nbsp;
