&nbsp;The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining the safety and security of the premises at night.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and room assignments.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Answer and transfer phone calls; respond to emails and guest inquiries.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor security cameras and ensure safety procedures are followed.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and room occupancy.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status or urgent requests.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service preferred.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to remain professional, calm, and resourceful under pressure.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic knowledge of front office systems (PMS/booking software) is an advantage.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; English and Greek language is a must.&nbsp;Requirements•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working night shifts from 11-7 (4-5 times per week).•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is desirable).&nbsp;&nbsp;Benefits•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary with night shift allowance.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training and career development opportunities.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supportive and collaborative work environment.&nbsp;
