More than a gym, we operate like a luxury boutique hotel, delivering premium experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail and genuine relationships with our members.We're looking for someone who loves to work with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering five-star service!&nbsp;The RoleAs our Assistant Front of House Manager, you'll be one of the key faces of FUELHOUSE ensuring the studio operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional member experience.Think of this role as a blend of a Boutique Hotel Duty Manager and Guest Relations Executive - from welcoming members by name to maintaining impeccable club standards, you'll help create an unforgettable experience every day.&nbsp;Important to note: Full and compensated Training will be provided prior to the Start Date.&nbsp;&nbsp;Who We're Looking ForYou are:<ul><li>Passionate about hospitality and customer service.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li><li>Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.</li><li>Confident using technology and learning new systems.</li><li>Comfortable working flexible shifts.</li><li>Positive, energetic and a proud ambassador of the FUELHOUSE brand.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Operations&nbsp;<ul><li>Welcome members and visitors with genuine hospitality.</li><li>Conduct club tours to prospective members.</li><li>Manage bookings, memberships and client profiles.</li><li>Handle enquiries and resolve member requests professionally.</li><li>Promote memberships, retail and food &amp; beverage products.</li><li>Complete opening, closing and daily sales reports and procedures.</li><li>Maintain immaculate reception and member areas.</li></ul>Studio Operations<ul><li>Coordinate daily class schedules and trainer check-ins.</li><li>Ensure the studio and workout rooms are prepared before every class.</li><li>Carry out facility checks and report maintenance issues.</li><li>Share member feedback with management.</li></ul>Food &amp; Beverage and Retail<ul><li>Prepare protein shakes for in-house and Wolt orders.</li><li>Maintain excellent hygiene, stock and merchandising standards.</li><li>Assist members with retail purchases and product recommendations.</li></ul>Studio Standards<ul><li>Support housekeeping to maintain 5-star cleanliness.</li><li>Monitor member amenities and clients’ training towels.</li><li>Manage lost &amp; found property.</li><li>Assist with opening, closing and security procedures.</li></ul>Working HoursMonday–Friday<ul><li>06:00–14:00 and/or 14:00–22:00(8-hour shifts including break)</li></ul>Two Saturdays per month<ul><li>07:00–14:00&nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A positive, supportive team culture.</li><li>Complimentary daily protein shake.</li><li>Complimentary FUELHOUSE classes.</li><li>A 10% staff discount on retail products.</li><li>Ongoing training and career development.</li></ul>
