Ousai Properties Ltd is a  Cyprus-based real estate development group specializing in property development, construction, and property management.

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• With at least 4 years as Finance Director or equivalent senior role.
• Must have Cyprus local real estate/construction industry experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Cyprus tax system** (corporate tax 15%, VAT, CGT, SDC, etc.) and the impact of 2026 tax reforms; able to handle complex tax issues independently.
• Proficient in IFRS, strong analytical and budgeting skills
• Fluent English; Greek is a plus. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and integrity.
