🧩 What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 1–5 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to monitor and control projects independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and internal communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and interests
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Desire to work in a team with a result driven approach
• Leadership/Coaching skills
• Business acumen
• Fluency in both written and oral English
• Willingness and ability to travel

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the development of clear project scopes, objectives, and plans
• Independently manage project execution, coordinating internal resources and vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and KPIs
• Manage client interactions and expectations, ensuring requirements are clear and documented
• Monitor risks, escalate where appropriate, and propose mitigation plans
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather lessons learned and apply continuous improvement practices

✨ It’s a Plus If You Have:

• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification
