We are looking for an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination
• Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
• Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in all dishes
• Step in for the Head Chef as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and/or contemporary cuisine
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for food, creativity, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
